Cancellation Policy
# Skin Haven Cancellation, No-Show & Service Policies ## Cancellation & No-Show Policy To provide the best experience for all clients and maintain availability, Skin Haven requires advance notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. * No-shows will incur a **$45.00 cancellation fee**. * For spa packages, please review the full **Terms & Conditions** for specific cancellation guidelines. * The credit card on file will be automatically charged the applicable no-show fee before the client is permitted to schedule a future appointment. * All deposits are **non-refundable**, including deposits made for service appointments, trainings, education programs, and mentorship programs. ## Guest & Child Policy * Children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a scheduled service. * Children under **13 years of age are not permitted** in the spa. * Clients may bring **one additional guest** during their spa visit. * No exceptions will be made to this policy to ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for all clients. ## Teeth Whitening Disclaimer Clients understand that they should consult with a licensed dental professional regarding any existing oral health concerns, conditions, or questions prior to receiving teeth whitening services at Skin Haven. Skin Haven is **not a cosmetic dental office and does not employ dentists or medical doctors**. Teeth whitening services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or address dental conditions. Clients acknowledge that individual skin, oral, and body responses may vary. Skin Haven is not responsible for any breakouts, irritation, sensitivity, allergic reactions, or other concerns that may occur during or after a service. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known sensitivities, allergies, medical concerns, or relevant information prior to receiving services. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
