Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Teeth Whitening Disclaimer By receiving this treatment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following: Teeth whitening results vary based on enamel, lifestyle, and natural tooth color. Professional whitening may lighten teeth by 2–8 shades, but individual results are not guaranteed. Temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation may occur and typically resolves within 24–48 hours. Whitening treatments are not recommended for individuals who are: Pregnant or breastfeeding Under 16 years old Have untreated cavities, gum disease, or exposed roots Have braces or removable dental appliances Crowns, veneers, bonding, and fillings do not whiten and may appear a different shade after treatment. Client should avoid staining foods/drinks (coffee, wine, tea, sauces, tobacco) for 24–48 hours. This is a cosmetic service and not a dental procedure; no medical claims or diagnoses are made. Client understands they should consult a dentist for any oral health concerns prior to whitening. Skin Haven Cancellation & No-Show Policy No-shows will incur a $30.00 service cancellation fee. For spa packages, please review our full Terms & Conditions for details on cancellations. The credit card on file will be automatically charged the no-show fee before you are permitted to rebook. All deposits are non-refundable, including deposits for service bookings, trainings, and education/mentorship programs. There are no exceptions to this policy.
