Cancellation Policy
# Skin Haven Cancellation, No-Show & Service Policies ## Cancellation & No-Show Policy To provide the best experience for all clients and maintain availability, Skin Haven requires advance notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. * No-shows will incur a **$45.00 cancellation fee**. * For spa packages, please review the full **Terms & Conditions** for specific cancellation guidelines. * The credit card on file will be automatically charged the applicable no-show fee before the client is permitted to schedule a future appointment. * All deposits are **non-refundable**, including deposits made for service appointments, trainings, education programs, and mentorship programs. ## Guest & Child Policy * Children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a scheduled service. * Children under **13 years of age are not permitted** in the spa. * Clients may bring **one additional guest** during their spa visit. * No exceptions will be made to this policy to ensure a safe, relaxing, and professional environment for all clients. ## Teeth Whitening Disclaimer Clients understand that they should consult with a licensed dental professional regarding any existing oral health concerns, conditions, or questions prior to receiving teeth whitening services at Skin Haven.
